- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup greek yogurt (I like Wallaby’s Organic)
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ banana, smashed
Start with smashing banana, then mix in all ingredients. Store covered in your refrigerator and enjoy the next day.
