  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/3 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Optional to add: a packet stevia &/or 2-4 coffee ice cubes.
