PB Veggie & Fruit Dip

pb-dipThis dip is a great way to incorporate more veggies into your diet. Serve with a variety of veggies and fruit before dinner time. Make it colorful and pretty. My kids eat more veggies when they have a dip they like. The perfect pre-dinner snack!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup plain 2% greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp natural peanut ut

Mix well, divide into 2 servings. Dip with fresh veggies!
