Fitness can be fun! Find something you enjoy doing and you will stick with it long term. I love group fitness because being surrounding by others doing the same thing makes everyone work harder!
I like to mix intervals of both cardio and strength training to keep the heart rate up. There is nothing like intervals to burn fat!
Most of the exercises I incorporate involve multiple muscle groups. It challenges your body and the coordination of it takes your mind off the good muscle burn. It is empowering after you finish a challenging workout to go tackle the rest of your day.
The important thing when exercise is to put all your effort into it. Just going through the motions is boring and doesn’t yield the same results. If you keep your body guessing and keep challenging yourself, you will see results!
