kind barI have been asked so many times about bars.  I generally try to stay away from bars because they are usually loaded with unknown ingredients and too much sugar.  But, I know everyone wants the option to have a quick go-to snack when we are running out the door with no time to grab anything else.  I recently discovered these Kind Bars called Kind Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt.  They have only 5g of sugar and they are delicious.  They satisfy both sweet and salty cravings with a hint of each!  200 calories, 6g of protein and 7g of fiber.  Make sure to drink with a big glass of water to keep you full even longer.
