The Perfect Satisfying Yogurt Parfait without all the Sugar!
3/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk yogurt or Wallabys full fat plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp ground Flaxseed
1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats or Purely Elizabeth granola
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Stir protein powder and ground flaxseed into yogurt with a spoon. Next add in oats and top with berries.
