- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- Optional: a handful of spinach or 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
