Jump starting your day with this high protein, nutrient-packed smoothie will take away cravings and set you up for the day! It's energizing & hydrating and satisfying and delicious!  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Unflavored or vanilla)
  • 2 scoops Ground Flaxseed 
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries 
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach (I like to buy fresh & freeze)
  • 1 spoonful of almond butter (or peanut butter)
