This is refreshing and delicious breakfast or snack that offers protein and vitamin C! Super quick and easy to make or make ahead of time.
- 1 cup plain Organic Greek Yogurt
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Optional to add:
- 1-2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Top with
- Fresh berries
- Your favorite granola
Directions: Mix together the yogurt, vanilla collagen and lemon juice. Optional to add in ground flaxseed for added fiber. Top with berries and granola and enjoy!
