We've been a gluten-free family since my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac in 2019. I am always on the hunt for good gluten free replacements. And, I prefer making at home vs going out. Not only do you save $$ but you can also hand-pick higher quality ingredients.
This Oggi Pizza crust is at Fresh Thyme in St Louis. You get two pizza crusts for about $10 and each crust has 15g of fiber!!
For the sauce, I love the Rao's pizza sauce OR pesto sauce (homemade or by Gothic Greens).
Toppings...that's up to you! I like the Applegate Farms Turkey Pepperoni, spinach and Kalamata olives.
