I receive my order every 2 months, so I buy one large unflavored collagen and one smaller vanilla. I then mix them together and use one large scoop in my coffee each morning. So, it gives just a bit of flavor but I'm still getting the collagen. I have been using this product for few years now and absolutely LOVE it! I even travel with it!

I recently started adding the vanilla collagen to my iced coffee and I’m loving it! 2 scoops of vanilla collagen + a sprinkle of cinnamon+ a little milk + Starbucks blonde roast unsweetened and I love every sip! It’s my new favorite thing in the morning!

I love the chocolate collagen in my morning coffee! I add 2 scoops to my coffee cup with a splash of cream and it’s better than a coffee shop mocha! Plus it’s much healthier than having a mocha at a coffee shop. Highly recommended for a morning treat!
I tested Inspire Wellness BCAA/EAA Daily Amino Acids for only 3 weeks and already noticed a difference! I would use my shaker bottle with one scoop and anywhere from 24-32 ounces of water and take with me to my exercise class. I have to say that it really helped keep my energy up during my workout! I always do my workout class first thing in the morning and take a diet coke with me to drink when i am finished. Since starting the with the Daily Amino Acids I do not crave the diet coke when I am finished! I honestly cannot believe that I do not drink it....I have been a loyal DC customer for 20 years. HA! The Peach Mango flavor does have a little sweetness to it, so maybe that is why it has taken over for my morning DC!
