I have been using Inspire Wellness Collagen for over a year. I put the Unflavored in my morning coffee and add my usual cream. In addition, several days a week I will put a scoop of Vanilla Collagen in Plain Greek yogurt along with blueberries. Very light tasting and I’ve already had 30 g of Collagen protein and a filling breakfast!
I notice my skin is better and my joints are much better. 🤩
Love the workouts, but do have an odd request. My vertigo doesn’t allow me to do core work flat on my back or even sometimes plank looking down. If you e got any sort of standing core series? That would be amazing!

I have tried several collagen protein powders in the past (flavored and unflavored) and this is by far my favorite. The taste of the vanilla is delicious and mixes well in my yogurts and smoothies. But I have been most surprised by the unflavored! Some powders I have tried in the past have a hint of flavor that is noticeable even in smoothies. This one is completely undetectable and dissolves well with no noticeable texture. I’m a fan!!!
