Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

The perfect Fall breakfast that you can make ahead! Packed with protein and fiber to keep you satisfied until lunch. 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla collagen

 

  • 3/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt Or Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 medium apple, cored and diced
  • Optional: add a splash of almond milk to reach desired consistency 

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl, next add in yogurt & apples. Cover with a lid & refrigerate. Store up to 5 days.
