Collagen Ice Tea

This is the perfect spring or summer beverage and a great way to get your daily collagen in and increase your protein intake. This can be made with unflavored collagen to taste just like unsweetened ice tea OR with the vanilla collagen makes it taste like sweetened ice tea. 

Steep tea bag for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir in collagen until it is dissolved. Enjoy warm or refrigerate to cool and serve over ice.
