Teriyaki Beef Broccoli & Rice

  • 1lb grassfed beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 cup chopped onion (I use frozen chopped onion) 
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli 
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bottle of Primal Kitchen Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice 

In a skillet, cook grassfed beef with onion and salt until no longer pink. Add garlic, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, broccoli, red pepper and stir to combine all. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
