Turkey Veggie Soup

  • 1lb organic ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper 
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 cups Banza Chickpea spiral pasta noodles 

In a skillet, cook ground turkey, set aside. In a stockpot over medium heat, add oil, onion, celery, carrots and garlic for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings and then add in broth, water, turkey, pasta noodles. Bring to a boil and cook, then reduce heat to low-medium and cook for 10-15 minutes or until pasta noodles are soft.
