Healthy Swap for Noodles

Instead of your tradition noodle just loaded with carbs, my favorite healthier swap is the Banza Chickpea Pasta noodles. These have only 35g carbs per serving and have 5g of fiber and 11g of protein per serving. With the fiber and protein, it makes the meal more balanced and you can feel satisfied with a smaller portion too. They also contain iron, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. I promise you wont miss the old noodles...

My daughter loves their Mac N Cheese too and not only are the noodles better, the other ingredients are cleaner than your typical Mac n Cheese.
