- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 scoop Whey Protein (I like Mind Body)
- 2 scoops Ground Flaxseed
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 large handfuls of spinach (I like to buy fresh & freeze)
- 1 spoonful of almond butter (or peanut butter)
