Protein Packed Oatmeal

A delicious winter-time breakfast option! 

Base Recipe: 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder 
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Top with your favorite milk to desired consistency (after microwaving) 

Top with your favorite milk to desired consistency

Mix oats with protein powder, cinnamon, flaxseed, add water enough to cover it. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in a healthy fat & fruit of your choice, Top with almond milk to desired consistency. 

Prep: I like to prep some of these to have on hand in the pantry. Simply mix all ingredients together (except for water and milk) and store in covered container in the pantry.
