Pumpkin Protein Oatmeal

Pumpkin spice is a favorite of mine this time of year! This is a way to have all the pumpkin without all the sugar! It reminds me of pumpkin pie!


INGREDIENTS

Stir these 4 ingredients together. Then add pumpkin puree and water and stir again. 

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup water

Microwave 1 minute

Top with:

  • 2 tbsp- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Optional to add a drizzle of pure maple syrup for added sweetness
