Pumpkin spice is a favorite of mine this time of year! This is a way to have all the pumpkin without all the sugar! It reminds me of pumpkin pie!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or Trader Joes Rolled Oats & Ancient Grains
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness vanilla collagen protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
Stir these 4 ingredients together. Then add pumpkin puree and water and stir again.
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup water
Microwave 1 minute
Top with:
- 2 tbsp- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp raisins
- Optional to add a drizzle of pure maple syrup for added sweetness
