I saw a similar recipe online and decided to try it & of course add some of my basics (ground chia/flaxseed = good fiber) and collagen (protein + collagen benefits)! Super refreshing, high in protein, probiotics and vitamin C.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp ground chia seed (or ground flaxseed)
- 3/4 cup Too Good Vanilla Yogurt (or plain)
- 2 cups frozen organic strawberries
