Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond meal

1 teaspoon ground paprika

1 teaspoon Himalayan salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1lb organic chicken tenders
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine almond meal and seasonings in a gallon size resealable bag. Put each chicken tender in the bag, one at a time, close, shake to evenly coat. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, flip and bake an additional 8 minutes.
