- 1lb grassfed beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 cup chopped onion (I use frozen chopped onion)
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bottle of Primal Kitchen Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
In a skillet, cook grassfed beef with onion and salt until no longer pink. Add garlic, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, broccoli, red pepper and stir to combine all. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
