This is SO good. You will never guess there is avocado in it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted
- 1 scoop Inspire Wellness Unflavored Collagen
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp melted dairy free chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a high speed blender or food processor, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes. Add more coconut milk if the pudding is too thick, but make sure to blend for a while before doing so.Stick in the fridge to firm it up slightly then serve!
Top with whip or dairy-free whip and fresh berries!
