Flag Gluten Free Cookie Cake

This is so festive, so good and the perfect amount of sweetness!

Ingredients: 

  • Two packages of Sweet Loren Gluten Free Dairy Free Slice/Bake (found at most grocery stores)
  • 1 Big Container of Cool Whip (or dairy free whip)
  • 1 cup blueberries 
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries 

Preheat oven to 375*.

Spray a half sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment.

Lay cookies out on sheet and then use a spatula to spread out the cookie dough in about 1/2 inch - 1 inch thick in the shape of a flag (rectangle shape).

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the middle is almost done.

Let cool completely before frosting.

Once it is cool, frost the entire cookie with the Whipped Topping.

Next, use the berries to decorate it in the design you would like.

Keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
