Apples are in abundance this time of year and so yummy! I like to cut some up and freeze to make this smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 apple, cored, cut up and freeze ahead of time
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
