This is a fun and chocolatey way to get into the spring weather spirit! The coconut just reminds me of the beach!
- 1 cup coconut milk (I used Califia Farms Coconut Almond Milk)
- 2 Scoops Inspire Wellness Chocolate Collagen Protein
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (or can do 1 cup)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
Blend together and add additional milk if needed.
