- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla collagen
- 3/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt Or Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 medium apple, cored and diced
- Optional: add a splash of almond milk to reach desired consistency
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl, next add in yogurt & apples. Cover with a lid & refrigerate. Store up to 5 days.
