If you like peanut butter, you will love this! A delicious winter-time breakfast option!
Base Recipe:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
After Microwaving:
- Stir in a big spoonful of organic peanut butter until well mixed.
- Top with your favorite milk to desired consistency
- Optional: add in fresh berries, chopped nuts, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey
Mix oats with protein powder, cinnamon, flaxseed, add water enough to cover it. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in a healthy fat & fruit of your choice, Top with almond milk to desired consistency.
Prep: I like to prep some of these to have on hand in the pantry. Simply mix all ingredients together (except for water and milk) and store in covered container in the pantry.
