Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk *
- 2 Scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Blend milk + cauliflower rice first, then add additional ingredients until smooth. Increase milk as needed for desired consistency.
*To make it a smoothie bowl, decrease milk to 3/4 cup.
