Chicken Meatballs + High Protein High Fiber Pasta

This meal is so quick and easy!! I recently discovered the Trader Joe's chicken meatballs and they are delicious and all clean ingredients! Huge Win for busy nights! 

Ingredients:

  • Trader Joes Chicken Meatballs 
  • Rao's Marinara Sauce or Your Favorite Sauce
  • Banza Chickpea Noodles (my kids love the spaghetti but I love the spirals for easy eating)

Cook noodles according to directions. Heat up chicken meatballs (they are already cooked) in the microwave or on stovetop when the noodles are cooking. Top with marinara sauce & enjoy! 

*Add a veggie: I either serve with steamed broccoli or caesar salad
