In the last 10 years, I have truly seen and felt the value of adding supplements into my life. Supplements can change the way we feel, our energy levels and help support our bodies in many ways.
We live in a lucky world that research is constantly being done and that we have natural ways to support our body. I believe supplementing now will help prevent prescriptions later down the road.
The Inspire Wellness product line is all the supplements that I believe in and take myself. Here is a recap...
Probiotics were the first supplement that I fell in love with. I had years of digestion issues, bloating and constipation and after adding in high potency probiotics, all were resolved. Probiotics are also crucial for our overall immune system as everything stems from the gut. The high potency is necessary to help balance out the bad bacteria and multiple strains is also important to make sure you are giving your body what it might be missing.
Collagen! I have absolutely loved adding collagen to my diet. I have seen improvements in my skin, hair, nails and joints. I also love the protein content and that it helps curb my appetite and promotes lean muscle (so important as we age to do all we can).
Omega-3s! There is so much research showing the benefits of omega-3s. We have a HUGE imbalance in our American diet that has caused many inflammatory issues for many people. The American diet has a 20:1 balance of omega-6 to omega-3. An ideal balance is anywhere from 1:1 to 4:1.
Omega-3s are good for heart health (triglycerides, HDL & blood pressure), any inflammatory conditions (joints, auto immune, skin issues), lubricating the body (eyes, joints, hair health), brain health. I take it for the anti-inflammatory benefits! But I have seen changes in my hair health and dry eyes (and my eyelashes grew longer!)
Creatine Monohydrate is the newest supplement I have added into my regimen. I kept hearing about it over and over being recommended for woman over 40. I have loved the benefits of more energy in my workouts and recovery. It is also good for maintaining muscle and I've experienced that too. It also has cognitive benefits which of course we all want to maintain our memory and focus too. Win-win!
These are just a few that have been beneficial to me. I highly suggest if you have symptoms or issues, to seek the natural approach first and just start it. You
As always, please reach out if I can help!
