Who doesn't like a little sweet and salty combo?! These are the perfect treat!
- 1 bag of Synder's gluten free pretzel twists
- 1 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Unflavored Collagen (or 4 Scoops Chocolate or unflavored collagen)
Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl in microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir. If not fully melted, cook another 30 seconds. When chips are melted, add in peanut butter (you may need to heat it up again), stir well. Last, add in collagen and stir. If chocolate is too thick, add 1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Dip each pretzel in chocolate mixture and lay on parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Store in airtight container.
