If you like coffee ice cream, you will LOVE this! Its the perfect way to have some amazing nutrients and your coffee in a creamy satisfying way.
- 1/2 cup chilled coffee or cold brew (I like to use a strong/dark roast)
- 1/2 cup Elmhurst Milked Almonds Almond Milk (it has a high fat content which makes it extra creamy), you could also use whole milk or any milk you like
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup (or 1 cup) frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 medium-large frozen banana
Blend until desired consistency, add additional milk if needed.
