Tropical vibes with nutrition!
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana (optional)
- 1-2 handfuls of fresh or frozen kale*
*The best kale to buy is tuscan (lacinato), the dark green kind. Or baby kale. Either of these will be a little milder than the curly kale (and easier to clean). I wash, de-stem the kale and break into pieces and store in a ziplock bag.
