- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter (can substitute 1 tbsp coconut oil or 1/2 avocado)
- 1 frozen banana (can also use 1 cup frozen mango or 1 cup frozen pineapple)
- 2 handfuls organic spinach (*fresh or frozen)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with fresh fruit, coconut, granola!
