1 cup of your favorite milk

1-2 shots of espresso or strong coffee
Warm milk in microwave for 1 minute. Pour into brewed coffee or espresso. Add a scoop of collagen and use a hand frother to mix together. You can also add ingredients to a blender and blend 5-10 seconds.
