Strawberry Overnight Oats

This is a yummy make-ahead breakfast or lunch. It is also high in protein and fiber to keep you satisfied until your next meal. It is half of the recommended fiber you should get in a day all with one meal!

Use a glass pyrex dish or wide mouth mason jar to store in. 


  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla collagen
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt Or Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds 

Mix all together and store for up to 5 days in the fridge.
