I make this anytime I feel my immune system run down and love it throughout allergy season to help with seasonal allergies. This is a kid favorite of many of my customers!! You will feel good about giving your kiddos this one and they will never taste the cauliflower.
It contains 200% vitamin C!
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk + more as needed

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup frozen organic strawberries

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Blend milk + cauliflower rice first, then add additional ingredients until smooth. Increase milk as needed for desired consistency.
