Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein (or 1 scoop Unflavored)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)
- a pinch of black pepper (to help absorb the turmeric)
Simmer all ingredients and whisk together. Pour into a mug and enjoy all the health benefits!
