Turmeric Golden Milk

It just sounds healthy, right? 

Well it is and it's delicious too! It tastes way better than the picture looks. To me, its the perfect warm beverage you can enjoy mid-afternoon or in the evening.

Health benefits: reduces inflammation, improving mood, improving brain function and memory, preventing heart disease, lowering blood sugar, improving bone health and aiding in digestion. 


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein (or 1 scoop Unflavored)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)
  • a pinch of black pepper (to help absorb the turmeric)

Simmer all ingredients and whisk together. Pour into a mug and enjoy all the health benefits!
