Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ frozen banana
- 1/2 cup - 1 cup frozen wild or organic blueberries
- 1-2 large handful of organic spinach
