Yogurt Parfait

The Perfect Satisfying Yogurt Parfait without all the Sugar!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of your favorite plain yogurt ( I recommend Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk yogurt or Wallabys full fat plain greek yogurt)

  • 2 scoops Inspire Wellness Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats or Purely Elizabeth granola

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Stir protein powder and ground flaxseed into yogurt with a spoon. Next add in oats and top with berries.
