I love a good charcuterie! This colorful plate makes a yummy and delicious lunch or dinner! I prefer to make a plate like this and eat vs grazing. It makes it more satisfying and you also get to control your portions a little bit better too.
The key is to get in all your food groups!
- Protein: sliced turkey, turkey pepperoni, cheese
- Veggies: celery, carrots, cucumber, red pepper
- Dips: hummus or tapenade
- Fruit: berries, sliced apples, grapes or anything you have on hand
- Healthy Fat: nuts, trail mix,
- Carbs: crackers or veggie chips
