Ingredients:
-
2 cans of solid wild tuna in water (5 ounce cans)
-
1/4 cup mayonaise (I use the paleo avocado based mayo)
-
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
-
1 lemon, juiced
-
1/2 cup dried cranberries
-
1/4 -1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1 tsp dill
Open the tuna, drain. Soak cranberries in warm water for 10 minutes to soften up. Then drain. Mix tuna, lemon juice, salt, dill and red onion together with a fork, breaking it up into small pieces. Add cranberries and mayo. Serve on greens, with crackers, in a pita or wrap.
