Pecan Encrusted Salmon


  • (4) 4oz wild caught or responsibly raised salmon fillets

  • Himalayan salt

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp almond meal or breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly sprinkle salmon with himalayan salt. Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl and brush over salmon. Sprinkle pecans on top and finally sprinkle with almond meal or breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes.
