Collagen Smoothie Cleanse

This Collagen Smoothie Cleanse is the perfect way to get back into a better routine and make better food choices. It is also so easy on digestion as the blender does all that work for you! And, better yet, you will de-bloat, lose a couple unwanted pounds, see skin improvements and you will feel energize...all while NOT feeling deprived. You will be flooding your body with nutrients! So get ready for a lot of improvements in the way you feel. 

I suggest the Inspire Wellness Collagen. It is highly sourced, proprietary process for making it absorbable/effective and has no unwanted fillers, preservatives. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, nut free, soy free. 

  • 30 oz of water + probiotic (suggested) before first smoothie
  • Optional to have 1-2 cups of coffee/tea (can add in 20g of collagen protein). 
  • Morning Smoothie (look through my recipes and pick one! Each smoothie should have protein (25-30g), 1 tbsp healthy fat, fruit and veggies. 
  • 30oz of water 
  • Lunch Smoothie (pick another balanced smoothie from my recipes)
  • Balanced Dinner with protein + veggies + fiber-filled carb (such as quinoa, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice or fruit)
  • Optional to add in evening tea (with/without collagen. Or almond milk + chocolate collagen. 
  • No sugar, no bubbly drinks, no caffeine past 11a, no alcohol, no fried foods, no packaged foods.

You can follow this plan for one day or multiple days. I did this one day to re-focus in and de-bloat and loved it so much so I decided to keep doing it for a full 5 days. I was not hungry and felt so good that I just had to share with you! 

Here is what I did:

Wake up coffee with almond milk + unflavored collagen

30 oz water before breakfast smoothie

10a Breakfast Smoothie

30 oz water before lunch smoothie

1:30 Lunch Smoothie

16 oz of water before dinner

Dinner between 5-6p

 *We are all different so please listen to your body. If your body is not accustomed to a lot of water, you can alter the amount between meals.
