Juice Plus+ : I have been a rep since my early 20’s and really can tell a difference when I am not taking it. I like it because it is just fruits and veggies in the capsules. Most of us don’t get enough and/or we don’t eat a variety of different veggies/fruits. Juice Plus+ has many clinical trials showing our bodies absorb it and that it reduces inflammation in the body, it helps keep the immune system strong (can really tell the difference in the winter), increase energy, helps improve cholesterol & more. It helps me stay very regular too :)
High potency probiotics Everyone should be on a probiotic! This has dramatically improved my gut health. Probiotics help with maintaining bowel health, populating your gut with good bacteria. It helps with digestion, and overall for keeping your immune system healthy.
Collagen Protein! I’ve have taken daily for the past 5 years and really think it has helped my skin, hair and joints. I went through a period of time with an achy-body that I don’t have anymore! I love using it in a daily smoothie but also delicious shaken up with almond milk, mixed in yogurt or to added to your morning coffee. I recently just launched my own collagen with high quality sourcing and it is so delicious and smooth!
