New Products for 2025!

The Inspire Wellness product line has expanded!

I am bringing these to the market because these are the top supplements I believe in and have personally experienced a benefit with AND wanted to bring a high quality product you can trust (without the high price tag).

In this day and age, we need supplementation to feel our best, especially as we age. Getting the right supplements can help us feel better in our everyday life and is also extremely important for longevity and aging well physically & mentally.

There are so many supplements out there, yet it is an unregulated market, which can be scary to trust just any company or product. I am super proud of the manufacturer I work with. Their number one priority is sourcing premium raw materials and doing so in top notch, non-gmo facility, all with third party verification.

Here is a recap on each supplement I am adding to my line.

#1 High Potency Probiotic! If you are only going to take one thing, I recommend this! I've been recommending high potency probiotics for years. It not only helps with staying regular, it helps with digestion, bloating, nutrient absorption, immune health & staying healthy, reducing stress and improving mental wellbeing.

This product is high potency (100 billion) to help balance the good bacteria with the bad AND contains 12 different strains. Top notch product!

#2 Ultra Omega-3 Maximum Potency! This helps reduce inflammation in the body and can help with any inflammatory condition (which is most ailments and diseases). Omega-3 is important for heart health and can help with cholesterol and blood pressure regulation. Omega-3 is beneficial to brain health, both protection on age-regulated decline and reducing anxiety and depression. Omega-3 also has many other benefits...skin, hair, eye health, blood sugar regulation and more! More info.

#3 Creatine Monohydrate! This is a newer one for me. This year was filled with continually hearing more and more about the benefits of creatine monohydrate in woman pre and post menopausal. It grabbed my attention and now I am on board too. Creatine is a naturally occurring compound made from 3 amino acids (arginine, glycine, and methionine). Small amounts are present in both red meat and seafood. The top benefits of adding creatine to your routine are increasing muscle mass & strength (when combined with resistance training), maintaining bone health, improving energy, improving workout recovery and brain health. There is growing evidence of the cognitive benefits of creatine, including memory and cognition and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

As with anything, results may vary and please consult with your physician if you have specific conditions or questions about adding it to you routine.
